Spurred by the rapidly growing consumer demand for soyfoods, American Soy Products Inc. of Saline, MI, said it expanded its MI-based facility to 65,000 sq. ft. The expansion is a result of a joint venture between the company, Eden Foods Inc., and Japanese firms Kawasho International Inc., Marusan-Ai Co. Ltd., and Muso Co. Ltd.
