NatraCeuticals Inc. (NCEXF) of Toronto said it completed its acquisition of Champion’s Choice Advanced Nutrition Inc., a sports nutrition company in Surrey, BC, for cash and stock. NatraCeuticals will create a sports nutrition division to combine Champion’s Choice and its own NHF sports nutrition brand. Champion’s Choice has annual sales of more than C$3 million.
