SupraLife International, a privately held nutritional products and health-education firm based in San Diego, acquired Natureceuticals, a pharmaceutical-grade manufacturing company in Vista, CA. Natureceuticals will become a wholly owned subsidiary of SupraLife and exclusively will manufacture SupraLife’s Soaring Eagle nutritional products. Terms were not disclosed
