Evergreen Solar Inc. (NasdaqNM: ESLR), a developer and manufacturer of crystalline technology solar power cells and panels, has until Dec. 17 for its shares to close above $1 for 10 days in a row or be delisted from the Nasdaq exchange, according to a Nov. 21 article via Dow Jones Business News. ESLR shares closed at $.86 on Nov. 21.
