Anglo-Dutch food conglomerate Unilever has completed the sale of its Wormerveer, The Netherlands-based Loders Croklaan Lipid Nutrition edible oils unit to IOI Corp. Berhad, based in Malaysia. In Nov., IOI said it planned to pay more than $200 million in cash for Loders, according to a company announcement.
