Physician and nutritionist Don Colbert has released a book outlining a healthy diet plan that he believes would have been followed by Jesus. The book, What Would Jesus Eat?, recommends whole grain bread, fish, organic and unprocessed fruit and vegetables, beans and lentils, eggs, olive oil, yogurt, milk, honey and wine, according to a Dec. 11 article in The Orlando Sentinel via NewsAlert.com. Colbert also recommends small amounts of lamb, beef and chicken. Off limits for Jesus, according to Colbert, is meat from pigs, horses, camels and all carnivores.
