Roger brings 15 years of experience as a writer, creative director and brand planner to his six years of focus in the world of sustainability branding and communications.

Roger is currently responsible for the strategic and creative direction of consumer and B2B programs for goodpurpose™, Edelman’s brand of social purpose marketing. Since joining Edelman in 2008, Roger has been instrumental in developing numerous social purpose brand campaigns for Edelman clients such as Quaker, SC Johnson, Dickies, Dairy Management Incorporated/National Dairy Council, Illinois Tourism and Brita, to name a few.

Prior to joining Edelman, Roger was instrumental in the development of the advertising campaigns for brands such as Southwest Airlines, Moen, Skil and Bosch Power Tools, Hyatt Hotels, AirTran Airways, Weber Grills, Chicago Mercantile Exchange and dozens more. His focus on sustainability branding and communications included projects with some of North America’s leading sustainable business consultancies. Roger has sat on corporate sustainability commitees and has written several award-winning sustainability/citizenship pieces for global 500 companies like JohnsonDiversey , Navistar International Trucks, PotashCorp and others.

Roger’s unique combination of brand building expertise along with a broad knowledge of environmental and social sustainability enables him to help businesses build value by creating powerful connections between their brands and their stakeholders.
