Anthony Zolezzi is an entrepreneur and author who has devoted himself to improving humanity and the condition of our planet.  He has been responsible for the development of more than 25 entrepreneurial companies and products, all of which have been designed to encourage healthy living and sustainability.  Zolezzi is an advocate for organic agriculture and encourages some of the largest companies in the world to implement sustainable business practices including Nestlé, Dr. Gundry, The Prince of Wales, Duchy Originals, Bumble Bee Foods, Horizon Organic Dairy, Wild Oats Markets, Viacom and Paramount Pictures. In addition, Zolezzi has taken social trends and turned them into food trends such as his creation of Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Restaurants based on the award-winning film "Forrest Gump" starring Tom Hanks. He also developed Café Nervosa Coffee based off of NBC’s hit sitcom, "Frasier." 

Zolezzi’s most recent endeavor was developing and launching Pet Promise pet food, which is now the number 1 pet food in the natural pet category.  Currently Zolezzi is working on a nationwide recycling system called GreenOps, to re-use packaging materials.  Zolezzi is the Immediate Past Chairman of the Board for The Organic Center for Education and Promotion and a board member with Vitamin Angels. He is author of, "Chemical-Free Kids" (Kensington, 2003), "The Detachment Paradox" (ASM Books, 2004), “The Detachment Paradox: The Workbook” (2004), "How Dog Food Saved the Earth" (ASM Books, 2005), “Do Something” (ASM Books 2008) and "Chemical-Free Kids: The Organic Sequel" (ASM Books, 2008).
