Eve Smith
Eve Smith is a strategic consultant uniquely positioned at the intersection of sustainability, brand and innovation. She is dedicated to helping clients leverage their values, authenticity and creativity to fully realize the opportunities of the new economy. A true T-thinker, Eve has a breadth of experiential knowledge from serving Fortune 500 and global non-profit clients across a variety of industries including apparel, consumer electronics, finance, grocery, wine and spirits, household cleaners and healthcare.
While at brand innovation firm BBMG, Eve led assignments for high-profile clients such as Walmart, Samsung, Eileen Fisher, Bonterra Vineyards and Seventh Generation. She’s created consumer-facing brands and marketing programs for certifications like Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and Fair Trade USA. Eve also co-authored the 2009 and 2010 Conscious Consumer Reports, as well as 2011’s Unleashed: How New Consumers Will Revolutionize Brands and Scale Sustainability.
Prior to branding, Eve served as a strategy consultant for The CSR Group, where she conducted benchmarking studies, evaluated ethical sourcing models and wrote sustainability reports for companies like Whole Foods Market, Dell and Brown-Forman Corporation.
Recent speaking appearances include L.I.V.E. World Summit, Columbia Business School Marketing Conference, the Wharton Women in Business Conference, Cause Marketing Forum and Move The Crowd’s Conscious Entrepreneur Training Series.
Eve graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Texas at Austin with degrees in International Business Administration and Spanish.
