DixonDixon de Leña is a Founder and Chief Executive of Integral Partnerships LLC, a management consulting company he co-founded with Paul H. Ray. Their mission is to assist businesses, political organizations, and civil society in the most urgent need of our time -- to generate significant velocity towards building a wiser, sustainable and resilient system for our Planet.

From 1984 until 1999, Dixon was President of Producere Incorporated.  Producere provided consulting and development programs to organizations transforming leadership and management culture to support process improvements, reorganizations, strategy implementation, and other positive change efforts.

For over 25 years, Dixon has consulted and coached executives and senior managers in almost every major industry group in the Fortune 50/500 and privately-held companies. Some notable client companies have been Ætna Life & Casualty, American Arts & Graphics, Boeing, CR Bard, Expansion Capital Partners, GTE Telephone Operations, Ingersoll Rand Company, Microsoft Corporation, Northwestern Mutual Life, Numi Tea, Redhook Brewery, and Santa Cruz Operations.

Dixon's most influential work involves introducing executives and managers to a robust system of inquiry as an alternative method of gaining insight into their most difficult and pressing issues. He has personally developed and coached hundreds of senior managers employing a Whole Human Perspective that enables them to achieve new levels of effective and balanced performance as leaders and managers.

Dixon consults and lectures on the process and practices that can create a Culture of Authentic Power. He suggests that our mastery over force (domination, coercion, control and domination) opens new possibility for relatedness, wisdom, creativity, and effectiveness, among many others aspects. Our understanding of this phenomenon has the potentiality for authenticity, presence and wisdom. The work begins first with our selves, then our relationships, and finally our organizations and communities. He has applied his work in the areas of leadership, management of people and systems, organizational culture, personal/inner development, and in many forms of coaching and mentoring. He aims to expand his inquiry into the areas of parenting, creating an engaged citizenry, community development, education, and governance.

Dixon is a featured author in the business anthology “Einstein’s Business: Engaging Soul, Innovation and Excellence in the Workplace” by Elite Books, as well as several print and online articles.  His current book-in-progress, “A Culture of Authentic Power”, is based on his consulting leaders and their organizations over the last 25 years. It contains cases and stories of the individuals and groups who have created a new leadership and organizational culture founded on the unequivocal commitment to authentic power. He and Paul Ray will feature their years of inquiry and research in an upcoming book titled “The Beginning Is Here! The Emerging Wisdom Culture Shaping Business Today.”

Dixon is an Auditor of Bainbridge Island Graduate Institute’s first Sustainable MBA Program.

Born in the United States to immigrant parents, Dixon is first generation Filipino American.  He is a father and a grandfather. He currently resides in Northern California.
