Wolf Ludge

Wolf Ludge is the CEO and Managing Director of Hess Natur. A background in global risk management, finance and marketing, does not define Wolf’s charismatic leadership of Hess Natur.  His personal commitment to the protection of the environment, respect for people and insistence on authenticity does. 

Wolf began his career at Hess Natur, when the company was led by its founder Heinz Hess.  He rejoined the company after a year as a consultant with Price Waterhouse.  “I’ve always believed that what you do should be in harmony with who you are.  The principles of Hess Natur, the products we create and the social standards we practice, both inside our company and outside, are a natural extension of my personal ethic.” 

When Wolf speaks about Hess Natur, interacts with his “partners”, as he refers to the associates in the company, or makes decisions, he is driven to grow a company founded on a simple premise: who we are and what we wear should be pure, respectful and authentic.

Wolf and his wife have a 6-year old daughter, a golden Labrador retriever and are expecting their second child in June.  They live in a village, surrounded by woods and lakes.  It is his life that inspires his work.
