Matthew Alsted

During Matt’s tenure at Calvert, he has played an integral role in the firm’s growth, from setting strategic marketing direction for distribution channels, guiding brand positioning and product line architecture, to leading campaigns to bring nine new investment strategies to market including Calvert Global Alternative Energy Fund and Calvert Global Water Fund.
An 18-year veteran of financial services marketing, Matt got started after receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and International Business from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts. He serves on the Board of Governors of the Mutual Fund Education Alliance and is a trustee and chair of strategic planning at the Indian Creek School, an independent school serving 650 students in grades pre-K through 12th in Maryland. An avid boater, Matt lives in the Annapolis area with his wife Lisa and two children.
