Kaire Merges With International Medical Technologies

Kaire International Inc., a Longmont, CO, multilevel marketer of nutritional products, will merge with Los Angeles-based International Medical Technologies, a researcher and developer of herbal supplements. Kaire, with estimated sales of nearly $50 million, will receive an undisclosed amount of International Medical Technologies stock. The two companies will operate separately.
