Mountain Green Sold to Cottrell Ltd.

Mountain Green, a brand founded in 1991 primarily selling liquid laundry detergent in CO and NM, was purchased for an undisclosed price by Englewood, CO’s Cottrell Ltd., a privately held company in medical and dental industries, with $25 million in 1997 revenues. Natural dental products, expanded laundry products, and vitamins and herbal supplements are planned for the brand within the next 18 months.
