Alternative health-care provider Oxford Health Plans of CT has moved into the FL market with its mid-November acquisition of Riscorp Health Plans of Sarasota, FL, a 1,000-member provider. Oxford offers a product line of dietary supplements and natural merchandise through its Living Balance catalog, with discounts offered to health-plan members. Oxford says that 70% of its 2 million customers are using natural products.
