Food For Health Acquires U.S. Health Distributors

Amcon Distributing (DIST) subsidiary, Phoenix-based Food For Health, has acquired Melbourne, FL-based health and natural products distributor U.S. Health for undisclosed terms. U.S. Health distributes health food and other natural products via United Parcel Service and is estimated to have annual sales of about $5 million, according to industry sources.
