David Prokupek, CEO of investment banking firm Tucker Anthony Cleary Gull, will relocate from Milwaukee, WI, to Denver, where he will continue to lead the company and join an existing office of 35 investment bankers, equity analysts and securities traders.

The Organic Trade Association announced that William (Bill) R. Knudsen has been selected as president of the board of directors. Mark Retzloff of Horizon Organic Dairy, the board’s previous president, will continue to serve on the board. Membership also elected as new board members Jesse Singerman of Blooming Prairie Warehouse, Dave DeCou of Organically Grown Co., and Andy Grant of Grant Family Farms.

Robert L. Washburn Jr. has been appointed executive VP, group publishing director, of Weider Publications Inc.

Joseph Pizzorno Jr., N.D., said he will retire as president of Bastyr University in Kenmore, WA, next June.
