Delicious Frookie Sells Divisions to Co-Founder Worth

In continued reorganization, the Delicious Frookie Co. of Des Plaines, IL, sold the Cool Pops and Chiquita Freeze Pops brands to Richard Worth, Frookies’ co-founder and former chairman, in an undisclosed stock deal. The brands have approximately $1 million in annual sales.
