After 18 years at the helm, Odwalla Chairman and Founder, Greg Steltenpohl, has resigned his post to pursue other interests. He will remain on the juice and energy bar makers’ board of directors.
Frontier Natural Products Co-op has named Adam Strauss VP of Marketing. Strauss previously was category marketing manager for coffee and spices and VP of business development.
Senetek said Andreas Tobler joined its board of directors. A member of the bar in Switzerland and managing director of Online Capital GmbH of Switzerland, he has a background in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital.
Perrigo Co. named Richard Hansen president and COO. He regains the positions he held from 1991 to 1995.
InterHealth Nutraceuticals presented Nonie Woolf with the American College of Nutrition Humanitarian Award for 1998, recognizing 18 years of dedication to improving nutrition among American Indians.
Worthington Foods Inc. made management changes in its marketing and sales department. David Schwantes is VP of marketing; David Hamann Jr. is director of food-service operations; and Randy Wollert is senior brand manager for retail sales products. Donald Burke and Jay Highman have resigned.
