Lucille Farms Appoints New CEO, Board Chairman
Montville, N.J.-based
Lucille Farms Inc. (NasdaqSC: LUCYC), a maker of conventional and organic cheese, has appointed Jay Rosengarten as CEO and Howard Breslow as non-executive chairman of its board. Rosengarten is taking over for Alfonso Falivene who will stay with LUCYC as president with a focus on directing the company's sales efforts, while Rosengarten will be responsible for the company's overall operations, according to a Nov. 18
announcement. Rosengarten has been a director of the company since 1998; Breslow has been a director since 1993.
Merical Vita-Pak Hires Kitty Murphy
Anaheim, Calif.-based Merical Vita-Pak Inc., a custom packaging company specializing in the nutrition industry, has named Kitty Murphy as a new account manager, according to a Nov. 13 article at NPICenter.com. Murphy was recently purchasing manager for the Nutrilite Division of Access Business Group, formerly Amway.
