Health Fitness Corp. (OTC BB: HFIT), a provider of fitness- and wellness-management services, has an agreement with Best Buy Co. to develop and manage the consumer electronics chain's employee fitness center at its new Richfield, Minn., headquarters. The 16,000-sq.-ft. fitness center is slated to open May 2003, according to a Nov. 20 HFIT
